SHIPPING: FREE SHIPPING to USA addresses. You have the option to upgrade standard first class mail to Priority Mail and Express Priority Mail.
Shipping to countries outside USA is by USPS will show options based on the value of order when you check out. If your standard shipping is first class mail or Priority Mail you will have the option to upgrade to Express Mail. If you are outside USA and choose the standard first class mail, your item is NOT insured, and if it gets lost or damaged Jade Bangle Bracelets is not responsible for the loss.
RETURNS-EXCHANGES: We want you to be happy with your jade bangle bracelet. If you need to make a return or exchange, contact us at jadebanglebracelets @ yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. You will be responsible for shipping charges for returns and exchanges. If you return without an exchange on free shipping items, the minimum shipping charge of $10 will be deducted from your refund to your credit card, and items shipped with signature confirmation and insurance will deduct the actual cost of the shipping. CLEARANCE and SALE JADE: If you need to return a Clearance or Sale Jade, your refund will be in store credit only, good for 15 days.
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receipt as indicated by mail tracking.
RESTOCKING FEES: All of our jade is one of a kind and each item is listed separately. After your purchase, the item is deleted from the web site and must be reinserted again. Therefore, there may be a charge for relisting the item. Exchanges do not incur restocking fees. Restocking fee for jade bangle bracelets is $25 for $150+, and for items under $150 the fee is $15. If your order was free shipping, $10 for the shipping to you is also deducted. International orders, the actual shipping fee is non-refundable. The restocking fee includes a 6% charge for returns that covers the costs incurred to us for credit card processing fees which are charged by the credit card processing company for your purchase, then again for your return refund. We are a small business and unable to absorb the credit card processing costs like large business can.
DAMAGE: If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, you are responsible to initiate a claim with USPS. When we receive notification of the claim outcome, if your money has not been reimbursed to you by USPS, JBB will give you a store credit on purchase good for 30 days. JadeBangleBracelets is not responsible for loss or damage by the USPS postal system, but we value you as a customer and we will absorb the loss, by giving you store credit. And we hope that our good will towards you helps to keep you as a valued customer.
