Each of our jade bangles is one-of-a-kind and it is expensive and time consuming to list each one. Therefore there is a $35 restocking fee for exchanges, and if you return your jade bangle there is a 50% of the price restocking fee. Most jewelry and jade sellers do not allow for returns of jade, as there is a risk of damage that might be overlooked when a return is received. Any jade bangle that is returned with damage will not receive any refund. Shipping fees are not refunded, and if you exchange your jade bangle, shipping will be your responsibility. Contact us by email for an approval code for any returns.

If your jade bangle was damaged during shipping, contact us within 24 hours of receipt. You will receive instructions for your participation in filing the insurance claim. You must follow the instructions to receive a refund. Do not return your damaged bangle unless instructed.

Refunds will be in store credit, or credit card refund, at our discretion.
