How do you ship the jade bangles, and why does the shipping seem so high?
We carefully pack each jade bangle in at least one box, and use layers of bubble wrap. Jade is heavy, and with the boxes and bubble packing the parcel is often heavy. The shipping charge also includes insurance, so the shipping charges are sufficient to cover all shipping AND insurance.

How do I know if my jade is genuine and natural jade, not fake jade?
We tested our jade when we purchased it to make sure it was genuine and natural. We provide an abundance of information about jade on this web site, Ying Yu Jade, and Calm Spirit (our original web site dedicated to wellness). I am a Qi Healer and Reiki Master and purchase only natural jade with good qi energy. We hope that when customers see that we are dedicated to providing an abundance of information about jade, we will be perceived as trustworthy. You can also purchase a certificate of authenticity for an additional fee and can be ordered when you check out on the shopping cart system.. I wear a jade bangle bracelet every day, all the time, and buy and sell only jade that I personally will wear.

Do you ship outside of the USA, tell me more
We ship worldwide. There is an add on charge for EMS shipping for addresses outside of the USA. If you are outside of the USA you must choose the EMS option so your parcel can be tracked and insured.

What if my jade bangle doesn't fit?
There is a video and other information about how to find your jade bangle size. If your bangle doesn't fit, contact us immediately and I will help you find your size so you can exchange your jade bangle. Restocking fee and shipping apply to the exchange.

Why do you charge a restocking fee
Each jade bangle is one of a kind. When you purchase your jade bangle, the photo is removed. There are expenses to return a jade bangle to the web site, include photos, web hosting fees. JBB also pays a percentage of your purchase to accept your payment, either credit card of PayPal, and we are charged a fee for making a refund. We are a small company selling specialized items, and cannot absorb these expenses as big companies can. So customers are responsible for restocking fees to cover these expenses. We try to make it as painless as possible for customers.

Why should I purchase my jade bangles from Jade Bangle Bracelets?
We offer high quality jade at affordable prices, and make ordering easy. Another reason is that some countries, including the USA, have an embargo on jadeite following the Lantos Law of 2008. All of our jadeite was imported prior to the Lantos Law. Year ago we were aware of the price of jadeite increasing and the value of the US dollar decreasing and purchased large quantities we have kept in storage, so we are one of the few USA jade sellers who have "legal" jadeite. If you purchase jadeite outside of the USA, such as China, Hong Kong or Thailand, and your parcel is randomly inspected at Customs, it will be confiscated.
